Theater Policies

Parking Advisory:
- You will find parking space in the lot behind Keystone Market or above the corner of Mechanic and Bridge streets.
- Please avoid parking in front of the shops on Bridge Street.

Memorial Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities:
- An elevator can assist you from town hall’s first floor lobby to the theater.
- Please reserve a handicap and companion seat by writing an email to admin@shelburnefallsmemorialhall.org after you have purchased your tickets.
Season Tickets:
- MHA is unable to sell season tickets at this time.
- Please feel free to purchase tickets for multiple performances at one time.
Ticket Policies and Restrictions:
- All sales, including the service charge, are final. No refunds.
- All patrons, including children of any age, must have a ticket.
- Schedule, program, and artists are subject to change.
Conditions for Admittance:
- You agree that: “You will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event to which your ticket admits you. Specifically, the use of video or still cameras, or audio recording devices during the transmissions is prohibited. To prevent the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event this ticket admits you to. MHA reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke ticketing privileges for those suspected of violating these conditions.”
