Here are the 2011-12 season rules and rates:

  • A “day” is defined as 3 pm to midnight
  • Shows allowed only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • $100.00 cleaning deposit is required (it will be returned if the renter does a satisfactory job of clean-up)
  • $400.00 for a one day rental
  • $700.00 for 2 consecutive days’ rental
  • $900.00 for 3 consecutive days’ rental
  • $50.00 per hour charge for any use outside these ranges
  • $25.00 per hour for any rehearsal/strike/set construction time on days other than show days
