Q: What are your ticket policies?

Q: Do I have to have a PayPal Account to purchase tickets?
A: No, you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase online. You can use your PayPal account, if you have one.

Q: Can I add multiple events to my shopping cart?
A: You can purchase tickets for multiple events. Just continue adding to cart until you are ready to check out.

Q: Are there assigned seats?
A: Tickets are General Addmission only. First come, first serve. We strongly urge you to come early, pick up your tickets, and reserve your seat. Doors to the theater will open 60 minutes prior to broadcast.

Q: I require handicap seating; how do I purchase tickets?
A: For wheelchair seating, please contact us at info@sfmh.org or call (413) 625-3052.

Q: How do I get to Memorial Hall and where is the parking?
